HOW do you feel about your church’s threats of legal action against YOU for viewing this website? The rulers of the church have publicly threatened to sue us AND any church member who reads this website and talks about it. They have literally threatened to subpoena YOUR PRIVATE E-MAILS just for mentioning the blog. They even brought in an attorney to intimidate the church with legal threats while everyone watched in horror. The bullying of the good people of this church by the leadership is precisely why we have fought hard to prevent them from gaining the power they want. WHY does First Baptist Church of Sapulpa pay over $100k in compensation to a staffer who boldly and unapologetically plagiarizes material? This isn’t simply using a quote here and there. WHO among the deacons has used the church’s resources illegally for political campaigns in the community? While the church doesn’t have money for Christmas programs or outreach anymore, it is able to find the money to use its facilities, auto dialers, and office resources in support of certain members’ political agendas in the community. WHY would staffers, who publicly disavow Calvinism and occasionally teach against the TULIP, choose to flood the church with Calvinist literature and teachings? Why did they insist for YEARS that every class use a Calvinist Sunday School curriculum in spite of protests from the congregation? Why did they pass out paperback copies of a Calvinist systematic theology? We stopped their plan for converting this church into a 9Marks elder dominated discipline enforced nightmare by exposing the source of their doctrines: John Calvin, the monster of Geneva. ABORTION used to be something we stood against. Recently, as part of a social project, FBC Sapulpa was set to lock arms with the UMC Circle of Care which is a United Way of OKC affiliate and has donated money to abortion clinics in Oklahoma. Why did the staff bow its neck and ignore the requests of church members to pull out of this association?
